Carpooling is the most economical and greener way of traveling

Additional Charges;

Annual membership fee of £100 (An admin fee of £30 will be charged to anyone utilising up to 3 journeys)

Regular trips are booked and are pre-paid a month in advance

There will be an additional £15 charge if…

  • We are asked to deliver an item left in the vehicle.

  • There is a change in drop off/pick up location or a time change for drop off or pick up with less than 24-hour notice.

  • No show (Confirmed with parent)

  • A child is more than 15 mins behind at a pickup time

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We require 7 working days notice if you need to cancel a scheduled service. If you cancel before 7 days you will receive a full refund. If it is less than 7 working day's, the payment and a no-show fee will be charged.  Keep in mind, we hold the scheduled spot for your child.

 

Termination of Services

 

We require 31 day's notice to cancel services (excluding school holiday's)
